Bubble Frog is back for his biggest adventure yet!
Bubble Frog may think he's done collecting missing things for people but his true adventure has only just begun. This time he won't just be helping his chum OniGary but a whole town of people!
Help Kimma find all her bus permits, help Minion No.42 to find all their missing tomes, even help the mad man who made all those pesky spikes turn over a new leaf in life!
Bubble Frog 2 is still early in development and as it will be a much bigger game with multiple worlds, new mechanics, mini-games, a hub town, oodles of NPCs and more, it will take a while to make. As a result it isn't my ONLY current project (gotta make smaller things to keep the lights on!) but it is always in constant development!
This time Bubble Frog is coming to Godot! This means the 8bit limitations of the almost 40 year old Game Boy hardware are gone! More colour, full fancy tracks by the endlessly tallented Cryptid Cabal, and lots of fancy pants features!
Don't wanna wait to check the game out? Good news! Bubble Frog 2 - Prototype 1.5 is available to play on Itch RIGHT NOW! It has 20 levels, the basics of hub town, and all the charm you can handle! It is far from the finished product, a lot is in testing and will be tweaked, changed, maybe even removed if it sucks, but it is a good way to get a feeling for what I'm going for!
